If I decided to practice martial arts, I would choose Kyudo. Kyudo means “The Way of the Bow” and there is a retreat and hall not too far from me here in NC.

For me, this is simple and worth reading and learning more! The website also goes more in-depth on what exactly truth, goodness and beauty really mean when it comes to Kyudo.
This has been ancient Japanese teaching and brought forth across generations because it speaks to how the teaching and practice improve physical, moral, and spiritual development. Seems very balanced here!
