Confidence – Daily Journal
Proverbs 3:26 ESV
For the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught.
Proverbs 28:26 ESV
Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.
Hebrews 10:35-36 ESV
Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised.
Philippians 4:13 ESV
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Confidence – Today I was thinking about the opposite, lack of confidence. The outcome of decisions when l am not confident vs when I am confident is drastically different. It’s almost as if the decisions in lack of confidence spiral unless I find a way to be ok asking the right questions or being aware of this and willing to learn something new. To me, this is where my faith steps in.
Proverbs 28:26 above was the one verse that stuck out for me today.
